Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Landworks Fence and ensuring that projects move smoothly from the sales process through completion. This role coordinates installation schedules, crews, materials, equipment, and project timelines while working closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure jobs are properly prepared and customers are kept informed.

The Operations Manager is responsible for identifying and resolving scheduling, material, staffing, and production issues before they impact the customer or project timeline. They will help ensure installation crews have the information and resources needed to perform quality work, while maintaining efficient processes, strong communication, and accountability across the team.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills are essential, along with a commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and delivering the level of service customers expect from Landworks Fence.
