Installer / Production

The Production / Fence Installer is responsible for the hands-on installation of residential and commercial fencing projects from start to finish. This includes preparing job sites, measuring and laying out fence lines, setting posts, installing panels, rails, pickets, gates, and hardware, and ensuring each project is completed according to the approved design and Landworks Fence’s quality standards.

The Installer works as part of a team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and professionally while maintaining a clean and organized job site. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to work outdoors in a variety of conditions. Installers are expected to properly use tools and equipment, follow safety procedures, communicate effectively with crew members and management, and address job-site challenges as they arise.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and enjoys working with their hands. Previous fencing, construction, landscaping, or other skilled-trade experience is a plus, but we are also willing to train the right person. Above all, the Installer should be committed to quality workmanship, teamwork, and providing customers with the level of service they expect from Landworks Fence.
